There are two types of classes that I offer at this time: Self- and Family-Care Massage classes and Energy Work classes.
I can teach these classes in groups or to individuals over the internet. Reiki Level 1 is listed in my shop page. I will post when I have public group classes coming up, otherwise please contact me at 704-733-7645 to schedule a class. Pricing depends on the arrangements of the class (group, in person or virtual), with individual classes online costing no more than a session of the same length.
Self- and Family-Care Massage Classes
I believe that healing begins at home and as such I offer classes to help individuals and families help themselves and each other.
The classes I offer are:
- Infant/Pediatric massage
- Couples Massage (non-sensual)
- Self-Care Massage
- Scar Tissue Care
I can also help you learn techniques to help with palliative care, or other massages offered by care-givers of home- or facility-bound patients.
Energy Work Classes
I teach Reiki I, II, III, including how to teach others. Reiki Level 1 is available on my shop page.
I also teach Nomis Soul Healing (my own signature modality), which uses advanced techniques to take your energy healing to the next level.
I have recently added Soul Coaching to my offerings, where I use life-coaching techniques mixed with energy healing to raise your vibrations, providing you with comprehensive solutions to your life problems.
